Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Dévoué de Nature, we are committed to delivering an exceptional experience with every order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to assist you with care and attention.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unused or gently used (approximately less than 5% of the product used)
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.
Skin Compatibility Guarantee
We understand that every skin is unique.
If you experience a sensitivity or compatibility concern with your first use, we offer a one-time return per product, even if gently used. Please contact our team so we may assist you with a personalized resolution.
How to Initiate a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return request
Our team will review your request and provide personalized return instructions.
Please note that returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:
- Your item arrived damaged
- Your order is defective
- You received the incorrect item
To assist with resolution, please include photos of the item and packaging when contacting us. Our team will evaluate the issue and resolve it at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or promotional clearance items
- Products that are excessively used or damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
- Certain personal care goods where hygiene standards prevent resale
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Return Shipping & Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
International Orders:
Return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs charges, and brokerage fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Duties, Taxes & Brokerage (DDP Orders)
For orders where duties and taxes were prepaid by Dévoué de Nature (DDP shipments), these amounts are non-refundable once processed by customs authorities.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after the return is received
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Financial institutions may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement

Exchanges
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a replacement item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must remain in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging and proof of purchase.
