Shipping policy

We ship across Canada and the United States. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number from the courier.

Current options at checkout: Canada, Express, CA$15, 2–4 business days. United States, Express USA, US$30, 2–3 business days. Complimentary shipping on qualifying orders over $250 CAD/USD; thresholds may vary by region and are shown at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing. For remote areas, shipping times may be longer.

We do our best to arrange shipments as prepaid (duties and taxes included); in some cases additional customs or duty charges may still apply depending on the destination and local regulations.

If your order has not arrived: check for an attempted-delivery notice, then contact the courier with your tracking number. You may also contact us to confirm the shipping status.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at return@devouedenature.com with photos of the item and packaging.
